Finding Inexpensive Elopement Packages

We’ve both agreed that we don’t want to spend all our money on a big, fancy wedding, so we’ve decided to look for inexpensive elopement packages instead. Our parents aren’t too happy that we would rather elope than have a formal church ceremony and catered reception, but this is something that we’re not going to budge on.

We have already had extensive discussions about this topic, and we are completely sold on the benefits of eloping. For one thing, by going with an inexpensive elopement package rather than a traditional wedding, we’ll be able to save a ton of money that we can then use for our honeymoon, to pay off some debts, or even to put towards a down payment on our first home. For another thing, inexpensive elopement packages are much simpler to put together than a fancy wedding. I just know there will be less stress all the way around if we do it this way.

Finding an inexpensive elopement package should not be too difficult. I know that this kind of thing is pretty popular these days, so I am sure we’ll have plenty of different options to choose from. For example, I just did a few quick online searches earlier today, and found pages and pages of websites run by travel agencies that specialize in organizing inexpensive elopement packages.

I did not look closely at any of them, but noticed that some of the destinations included Las Vegas, Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas. All of those places would be truly amazing, so I’m confident that we’ll come up with a plan that appeals to both of us.
